Pet Portraits

Elizabeth Hinshaw is a self-taught portrait artist who specializes in charcoal and pastel portraits of people and pets.  For over twenty years she has been showing her art and accepting commissions from clients, both corporate and private, from around the world.  Her art has won many awards throughout the United States.

Elizabeth is well-known for her natural talent of seeing the inner beauty and light in her subjects, and her ability to transfer that vision in realistic detail to her art. Her extensive portfolio of hundreds of subjects include not only people (adults and children) but also pets of all kinds.

Working only from a photograph, Elizabeth will create a beautiful portrait of your dog, cat, bird, or any other pet.  Horses and other large animals are also welcome.  Her ability to incorporate the personality of the animal from only a photograph is the true essence of her gift.
